@meoneartthh: 3rd session tattoo removal with Neatcell after the second time, the area that was previously lasered will bulge due to burning. After two weeks, the wound will dry on its own. I noticed that around the letters of my chest tattoo, there was some light faded out! When I put my hand on it, I feels like a dry scab. But I'm definitely not going to open it! because of the risk of scarring. So during the third time, I don't feel the pain like before.
