The hiring process to be a roofer in that neighborhood is, you walk in and they ask you to hold a hammer. Then you’re hired!

Roasted Red Pepper & Garlic Bread Ingredients: 2 red bell peppers, halved and seeded 3 heads of garlic 1 1/2 tbsp Dan-O's Cheesoning seasoning 2 tbsp olive oil Salt and black pepper to taste 1 loaf of bread of choice (I recommend Challah bread) 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 1 cup mozzarella cheese, sliced For serving: Fresh parsley, chopped Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2. Slice the top off each garlic head. Place the garlic and red bell peppers on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast for about an hour. Tip: Check the garlic after 30 minutes. If it's getting too brown, cover it with aluminum foil to prevent burning. 3. Once roasted, remove the vegetables from the oven and let them cool. Then, adjust the oven temperature to 425°F. 4. Remove the skin from the red peppers. Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their skins, setting one aside for later use. 5. In a food processor, combine the peeled red pepper, squeezed garlic, softened butter, and Cheesoning seasoning. Process until you have a smooth paste. 6. Slice the Challah bread horizontally, creating a top and bottom half. 7. Spread the garlic-red pepper butter mixture on the cut side of both bread halves. Layer the mozzarella cheese on top of one half. 8. Reassemble the bread loaf and transfer to the baking sheet. 9. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the bread is toasted. For a golden-brown finish on the cheese, broil for an additional 2-4 minutes. Tip: Watch closely while broiling to avoid burning. 10. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and slice into even pieces. Serve immediately and enjoy! #danospartner #itscheesoning
