Too many times we limit ourselves before we have even started… Just by simply moving and stretching 3x a week we will instantly feel better, move easier and we can build consistency which is the first big step towards our goals: Step 2: Start to learn the basics or the regressions so you can actually progress your way to a full routine from home! Step 3: Build a routine with some basic exercises. I recommend full body of upper body lower body rest for complete beginners to get them started. Step 4: learn different variations and movements in order to keep making progress. Each month your routine should be slightly more challenging!
