Pretty much. I work 24 hr shifts in EMS, and we have a policy that says you can't go long distance after like 14 hours. Not legally mandated, though.

Problem is that the pts never hear about how log we’re awake! If we had to /could tell the pt how long we’ve been awake. Rules would change PRONTO!
