If you want a little more you can repeat this circuit TWO times for a total of 1000 reps ✨ CORE CIRCUIT 100 reps of each movement -reverse plank alt. knee tucks -alt toe taps -slow bicycle crunch -plank seesaw -plank DB pull throughs. Save and try this week if ya love me 🩷 I typically do this routine in my office with no equipment but a little dumbbell! Perfect to do from anywhere.
