chop and throw in a bottle in the freezer, give it a good shake and you got fresh onion tops all winter!!!!

i need a dehydrator!!! mom dries squash - zucchini and then rehydrates and makes with egg and cheese. sooo yummy!!! she had it as a kid in mexico
