You must to speak with a Polish priest at Polish church in UK only. Unfortunately they always want lots of documents and envelopes with some money.

You don’t need to go see polish priest just go to closest Catholic Church and the priest will help you. That’s what we did.

if wedding is in Poland you must speak with priest in Poland. this will be one side wedding .

you probably put too little money in the envelope… we had exactly the same but after opening the envelope no document was needed anymore😏😂😏
