Started getting horrendous vestibular migraine (vertigo) attacks that last 7-10 days at 40, took 5yrs to diagnose. GP wouldn’t believe it was peri bringing it on.. Now at 50 HRT has stabilised it 🙏🏽

I’ve had Awwwwful vertigo since perimenopause. Been under ENT and had MRI and been put down to PPPV which is made worse by stress.
