it's mostly hereditary but lifestyle eating habits can have an effect on your kidneys. Dark sodas and high sodium foods should be avoided. JP💯💪👊🫶

Renal diet is tough too so many restrictions & limits on how much fruits and vegetables you can eat I was on a renal & diabetic diet while on dialysis
