I have witnessed things at this workplace that would make your hair curl! If I even began to start documenting them and speaking on it, I’m not sure people would believe me because the truth is so much stranger than fiction. I am proud of this video. It shows what it’s like to stand for truth in the face of someone who behaves like a narcissistic sociopath. What is being called out in this video is the fact that there is a single mother who works at my farm who my boss has week after week and month after month not been paying. This has been going on since February and he now owes her $4000. He will throw her a little bit of money at a time and then just quit paying her and rack up debt over and over again. It is not for me to speculate why she continues working for him, perhaps she has nowhere else to go… I do not know. However, he has openly admitted that he is in debt and she is the one that bears the brunt. I have seen my boss take elaborate trip trips around the country, buy fancy clothes, buy campers and other non-necessities and continue not paying this mother. I have witnessed so many lies and so many manipulations and so much insanity that this was my breaking point and my unwillingness to subject myself to “mediation” with someone who I have witnessed be a pathological, liar, and who I know has the intention of manipulating me and bending me to their will ultimately ends in me “fired.” So be it. if I am fired for being someone who stands up to the exploitation of other human beings then, I will be that. #crashout #callout #narcissisticabuse #financialabuse #toxicworkplace
