I understand how it feels to be emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually exhausted. And how draining it is to explain detail by detail. I understand that you’re getting tired of trying so hard. But as humans like you, you are surrounded by people who admire you for being strong, that they do not know your life is getting out of hand, too. And when you stumble it is hard to ask someone for a hand. I want you to know that I’m proud of you for making this far and for being the ‘strongest’ person. But be honest when some days are a bit blurred and unstable. Let your heart cry out, it’s okay to have a good cry. Crying is not a sign of weakness but it is an act of surrender that you can no longer proceed alone and you are in need of someone stronger than you.
