@herptime: It’s munch time 🦗 Watching the baby anoles eat is one of the best parts of the day 🙌 I feed them 1 week old crickets which are about 2-3/16 of an inch, and they eat this size for anywhere from 1 to 4 months of age, depending on growth 📏 The white stuff I sprinkle on is calcium supplement and vitamin supplement, which I only sprinkle on about every 3-4 feedings. Of course I only film these ones as it’s much easier to see the tiny crickets when they’re covered in ❄️ I will generally keep babies communally if they are of similar size. I keep their housing relatively bare (no plants, not much cover, pretty open) so that I can observe each baby easily so that if there are ever any issues, I can address them as soon as I see it. With less visual barriers I can keep much better track of the several hundred babies I have at any given time! Enjoy watching the babies enjoying their meal 🍽️ #HerpTime #herpetology #reptile #reptiles #lizard #lizards #anole #anoles #asmr #satisfying #animal #animals #wildlife #nature #crickets
