@chefjonnymarsh: Steak Bake - I love Steak Bakes and I know most of peoples hangovers cures consist of a Greggs Steak Bake! This is my ideal Steak Bake 😍 Recipe: 800g Beef Dice 8 Cloves Garlic - Finely Chopped 1 Onion - Finely Diced 300g Red Wine - If you wouldn’t drink it, don’t use it! 750g Beef Stock 2tbsp Tomato Puree - Fry off the meat until brown - Once browned, sweat off your onion and garlic until soft, around 8 minutes - Add your Tomato Purée and make sure it’s fully combined - Add your Wine and reduce by 2/3 - Add your Beef Stock and cook for 2hrs until the beef is soft TOP TIP: you’re looking for the beef mixture to be thick when finished, not with lots of liquid
