@mila.magnani: One year ago today- I was 30lbs heavier and eating half of what I ate today… it’s possible to reach sucess while nourishing and supporting your body! Patience is so important. Building muscle while keeping a healthy relationship with food was key as well. Remeber that this is what i ate on a specific day, and it’s not a representation of what i eat every day.
