to my knowledge HP printers print process black (cmy) + pigment black (k) in color mode regardless.

If you use pigment ink on hp mobile office printer and give it a few hours to dry on glossy sticker paper, will it eventually dry and stop smearing?

photo paper and sticker papers are coated papers. you should prob be using photo settings to begin with.
