not medicating, we are using saffron with vitamin d, another vitamin mix of l-theanine, magnesium, lemon balm and omg what a difference

I have two kids diagnosed and they’re both medicated. My oldest is the one with impulsive behavior and it’s constant. The meds help a lot!

My son is on medication and it helps him focus more than anything. He is still impulsive (inappropriate responses to normal things). He’s on Vyvanse.

Medication has absolutely helped between 8-4:30pm but when it wears off… it’s exhausting. Basically when he’s home it’s not managed and exhausting

No meds. We do consistent discipline and positive reinforcement. The results are slow but there are results. It is certainly exhausting!

We medicate during the school year but not in the summer. We keep him on fish oil and b complex all year long and those really help!
