That’s actually pretty quick, some streaming can be up to a full minute delay by the time the signal gets converted for web viewing.

That's pretty good. Delays of up to 1 minute are common, even for regular broadcasts.

streaming is usually 10 to 15 seconds. Actual live TV is usually purposefully delayed about 1 minute. In case somebody swears, they can "dump" it.
