@nutritionbabe: 🍪Higher Volume Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough! 🍪 When I made the original cottage cheese cookie dough recipe that was going viral, I was kind of shocked at how high the calorie and fat content was. It was almost too rich tasting and left the serving size to be very small if you’re someone who trying to be conscious about what you eat. I remade the recipe by changing up the flours used which not only slimmed things down (to ~1/3 of the calories,) but it also kept the protein high. Recipe is below, let me know if you try it Makes 4 servings : 16 oz @Good Culture cottage cheese 1/4 cup lupine flour or chickpea flour 1/3 c peanut butter powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2 droppers of liquid stevia or monk fruit 2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips Blend and freeze for 2-3 hours. Now the serving size is closer to 1/2 cup vs 2 tbsp and is incredibly filling! Now each serving has approximately 190 cal and 13g protein and can be used as a protein serving with the 2B mindset program. It’s also nice to enjoy 1/4 cup at a time as a snack or dessert. Let me know if you make it and what you think. Personally, I think it tastes better than the last version. #HealthyDesserts #HighProteinTreats #ProteinDesserts #HealthySweets #ProteinSnacks #FitDesserts #HealthyIndulgence #ProteinRichDesserts #CleanEatingDesserts #HealthySweetTooth
