Never pay someone to make your LLC. It’s super easy. If you can’t do it by yourself with the state website, Google and YouTube… ur biz will fail…

LLC’s have a 12% tax rate on top of the federal and state tax. You will pay a lot more taxes than you expect

Using Tailor Brands or legal zoom you are paying to fill out a form that is the same form you fill out on the state website for free

Took me like 5 minutes and $100 on my states website. EIN took another 3-5 minutes on the irs. Local business license was a few pieces of paper

Starting an LLC is easy. What isn’t easy is writing an operating agreement when you have multiple members and it has zero to do with starting the LLC.
