@withlovesabrinaflores: It takes practice to get to a place where u can say this and GENUINELY, ACTUALLY believe it in EVERY CELL IN UR BODY… but the key is to practice. And try. And put every bit of hope and fight in your body into it. I used to be that person who stopped trying things like this because I wasn’t seeing instantaneous short term results… and sometimes I didn’t even try because I thought: “what’s the point??? I’m so tired and worn down - I have nothing left to give.” But one of the biggest things I’ve learned over the past two years is that there’s always something left to give. Even if it’s a teeny tiny drop of effort. And trust me: healing is life-long. It’s the long-game. So believe it or not: every single teeny tiny drop adds up.
