@jbailey_justdoit: I did a physique mirror selfie the other day and to be honest I didn’t like what I saw. For me Ab definition is a big thing. Lately I’ve been trying to put on a little more size so I’ve been carbing up more and enjoy a few more snack foods than normal. The goal is to maintain 215 and still look lean, so from now on I’m doing cardio and Abs in the morning for 45 mins 3-4 times a week.
