@foodmymuse: Pistachio Crusted Feta 😍 truly needs to be happening in your life rn…so so so good and so easy but looks impressive. Ingredients: •1 8-oz block of feta. •about 1/4-1/3 cup crushed pistachios. •2 tbsp panko. •dash of oregano. •1 egg (whisked). •olive oil (about 1/4 inch on the pan). •honey. •crushed red peppers. •fresh mint. Directions: 1. Mix the pistachio, panko and dash of oregano. 2. Pat dry the feta pretty well but carefully. 3. Pass the feta through the egg wash and completely coat in the pistachio mixture. Let sit in the fridge 15 min. 4. Preheat a pan with the olive oil until it hits 325F or the bottom of your wooden spoon lightly bubbles. 5. Fry the feta on both sides until golden, about 1.5-2 min per side. 6. Drizzle honey on top, add crushed red peppers and mint. 7.
