I always try to put down my phone as soon as my kids walk up to me. My phone is my only "escape" since I am a sahm. I never get a break.

There's a balance.We watch him, play on phone and put it down and play with him when he walks up to us. We do need less phone time though 😅

What helps me, is I always put it down immediately if she tells me to look or play. I never put my entertainment before her. It’s 100% helped our bond
