I’d swap the bottom tray with the top. Those things on the bottom you want to grab easy peasy. Feeding is more planned.

I did the exact same thing, one month postpartum now. My advice would be to keep diapers, swaddles and spare clothes on top. Trust me on this 😅

you need to sterilise all parts that come in contact with milk/baby so you won't likely use the top set up x
