That's what I went thru, I started seeing blood in my stool. Had a colonoscopy removed 3.5cm polyp "just in time" my GI said. Pathology was okay.

I’m 35 and had two polyps removed last week — 8mm and 2 mm. Waiting on biopsy results but I just can’t imagine if I had waited until 45-50.

I had a large,actively bleeding polyp removed. I have to go back every 3 years for now. Glad I didn’t let embarrassment keep me from getting checked.

My Mum thought she had hemorrhoids and the specialist said he could check and remove in a colonoscopy. Mum didn’t like this idea so put it off.
