I felt exactly the same so swapped to taking it vaginally and it was a game changer! I take mine at about 11pm

If you take it vaginally I think it’s best to take straight before going to bed because otherwise it does leak out. Good luck x

I get horrendous hangover. It was actually better with Provera - the alternative to utrogestan.

I can’t even get it. I was fine on it, had to change to Provera which makes me feel v I’ll. done 8 weeks trying another 6 as promised it would settle

That’s exactly how I’ve been taking them for the past 8 months and it’s been a game changer. It was prescribed by my menopause consultant and magic!!!

I think it is most helpful to take estrogen in evening, you can take progesteron whenever you like. I do morning
