if you oil pull you MUST rinse your mouth after for at least 5 mins with boiled salt water! rinse all the oil away it's so important!

if you do an oil pull, do 50% coconut oil and 50% castor oil. the castor oil is antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and is a healer.
