From experience, people don’t care. It’s not their problem, so they won’t get involved. I was told that multiple neighbors could hear me screaming, and not even the police were called.

12 years ago this happen to me in my apartment complex and parking lot. i got dragged back to the apartment by my hair and i was screaming and a guy walked right by us and just kept walking

I ran to my exs mom's house screaming and crying for help JUST LIKE THAT & they locked the door. I finally left that guy in 2013 but the memories will last forever.
