how do you keep your peonies so healthy? mine have a bad case of botrytis and half the buds just turned brown and died, never bloomed

How do you collect the seeds from the pods? My wedding flowers were peonies. I dried them out & am trying to harvest the seeds now 😅🥲 wedding was 12.29
