Even for seasoned runners rest days are recommended! I don’t understand this trend 😅 rest is productive!

Running every day is so tricky to do right! I do 3/4 runs a week and 3/4 strength or cross training a week to avoid using muscles too much

my father ran everyday for 10+ years (he’s 60 now) result: he had knee and feet problems because he didn’t focus enough on fortifying his muscles.

yes! especially when the outcome of these "beginner runners" is being able to run half a marathon in 30 days! it's just not realistic for majority

I just started myself. I “run” everyday but definitely listen to my body and stop/walk if I need to I’m not eating enough for that and I’m noticing it

my challenge is figuring out when to go. I have to go early bc it's hot and not safe for me or kids, but also do fun activities before it gets hot
