@mic_keey: I think im going to trust my midwife with 20 years experience 🥰 dont bother with silly uneducated comments either, i have a lot of research to back this up. Both times it was 4 weeks pp. There is not a one size fits all, there is not 1 rule for everyone. Even if you are cleared at 4-6weeks does not mean you have to do it, whenever the time feels right wether thats weeks or months but please do not tear down mothers that have done it before 6 weeks, in most circumstances it’s completely safe. #postpartum #dtd #mumlife #mumof2 #aussiemum #mumtok #lovelife
