我來講白話文(七) /張俊傑最近部落最夯的議題「長老教會牧師要發動罷免高金素梅」。先來說說選罷法罷免案：立委任期滿一年後可以發動罷免，罷免案投票結果，有效同意票數多於不同意票數，且同意票數達原選舉區選舉人總數四分之一以上，即為通過。要罷免高金素梅必須成功走完三個程序才能罷免。一、罷免提議長老教會要取得2282位山地原住民公民連署。二、罷免連署罷免提議通過審查後，長老教會要於60天內取得22817位山地原住民公民連署。三、罷免投票罷免連署通過審查後，中選會應於三個月內舉辦罷免投票。罷免同意票超過57041票，且高於不同意票，罷免通過。按選罷法規定，山地原住民立委缺額一席未達1/2席次，不得補選。結果，長老教會如果成功罷免高金素梅，因不得補選，山地原住民立委只剩兩席。我這麼想，山原少一席，這影響太大了，尤其是少了戰力最堅強的高金素梅。與其罷掉一席不能補選，那乾脆一次罷免兩席，罷掉兩席，三個月內就要補選兩席，山原立委仍然保持三席。那麼，誰是要被罷免的第二席？突然想到，在電視上說要罷免高金素梅的林偉聯牧師，他是長老教會總會牧師，重點是，他不是原住民。您會怎麼想？我想到的是「分化」！ #上推薦通知我

If you love those chilli cheese parathas I made, you will like this potato one too! I used the 3-ingredient dough plus a pinch of salt. 3-ingredient dough by @jamieoliver : 1 cup self raising flour 1 tsp baking powder Half cup yoghurt - room temp Pinch of salt Make soft dough, rest for 30mins Use flour and roll out a thin layer of dough (makes 2-3 parathas) then put down a dollop of potato filling. Do NOT layer another dough over the filling, just fold the same dough over itself to close the filling then roll out again so that’s it’s almost incorporated into the dough. Make sure there are no air pockets when folding over as it can cause your dough to pop and ooze out 🥰 Dry fry it on your @schumannpro_sa plancha and then brush with ghee or garlic butter. It was UH-MAY-ZING!! Potato filling: Vagaar: 1 tblsp oil 1 clove garlic, crushed Pinch of mustard seeds Chopped curry leaves Cook in a small pan. 1 cup mash Vagaar Pinch of Chaat masala Salt to taste Handful of grated cheese 1/2-1 tsp green chilli Pinch of turmeric - optional Combine well. Use as filling for paratha. Side note. If you do not have self-raising flour, use normal cake flour and add 1 tsp baking powder for every cup of flour.
