Best of all, they can be easily prepared in your Instant Pot or other electric pressure cooker. Ingredients for Short-Rib Mariniade 💦 ¾ cup water 🍶 3 tablespoons white vinegar 🌰 2 tablespoons sesame oil 🧅 ½ large onion, minced 🧄 ¼ cup minced garlic 🍚 ¼ cup dark brown sugar 🍚 2 tablespoons white sugar 🌶️ 1 tablespoon black pepper Directions for the Short-Ribs: 🍖🥢 Combine the ribs and soy sauce, then let them marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Be cautious not to over-marinate, as it could result in excessive saltiness. 🍲🔥 Place the ribs, along with the soy sauce marinade and garlic, into the inner pot of your Electric Pressure Cooker. 🕒⏳ Add the sugar and securely lock the lid. Set the steam release vent to 'sealing' and adjust the manual setting to cook for 20 minutes at High Pressure. ⏱️🚫 Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to naturally release for at least 12 minutes.
