@bodybreakerofficial: Its important to understand Hyperextension stretching has a lot to do with preparation through the Achilles, Calves (Tricep Surae) , Hamstrings (Semitendinosus+Bicep Femoris), and Quadriceps (Quadricep femoris), all need to be properly warmed up before executing this hands on stretch. I have seen many instructors go straight in pulling the knee up which could be safe when properly warmed up correctly. Try this out with your dance teacher make sure they execute all the areas described above for safe and optimal results.
