Go to the chiropractor, I had a severe pelvic tilt and its significantly decreased after chiro, I don’t go super often either due to money, but once every 3 months has changed it severely

For me, ive found that strengthening my core and mindfulness helps. And standing with the back of my head against a wall, straight body, heels touching the floor for some time every day
