In a food processor, pulse together walnuts and mushrooms until combined and still grainy, do not turn into mush, 2. Boil a pot of water and make your pasta. 3. In a nonstick pan, saute onion + garlic in olive oil on medium. Next, add in the zucchini and saute for 5 minutes. Add in the walnut meat and keep stirring until the water cooks out and it’s slightly browned. Add in the marinara sauce and simmer on low for another 5-7 minutes. 4. Mix with your pasta and enjoy!
