I feel the same. I have a partner we live separately. He seems to be settled and fine although he does the same thing - work, goes to gym etc. but those activities don’t bring me purpose … nor fulfilment. I am in spiritual or life crisis trying to find what I am here for and my purpose and meaning. But I also feel I don’t belong where I am… at the same time don’t know where that place is.
