@tylerpath: If you’ve watched a number of my videos on Tricep pushdowns, you probably know that you can’t get the best range of motion by using one short rope. With that said, if you’re limited to only using one rope I recommend performing the exercise unilaterally so that a better range of motion can be achieved. Unilateral work can also be advantageous if you want to address a muscular imbalance between each arm. #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding
