You need them packed with reinforced cardboard stilts. They go in the four outer corners of the packing box and will be slightly taller then the

Thin wood panels on the top and bottom will give it structure and you can reuse them if your shipping them

Reduce the amount of sponges in a box and ask extra packing around the sides, biodegradable polystyrene maybe?

you need master cartons, double wall card. then the products in smaller inner boxes. maybe 12 or 20 max. the boxes take the hit and not the packaging
