@love.watts: @ icelandiceider Water and eiderdown don’t mix well and we really do mean, they don’t mix well because they don’t mix at all. All other down has to be chemically coated to achieve some hydrophobic qualities. Eiderdown, does it naturally. Due to the vast amount of air (insulation) trapped in an eiderdown plume it is nearly impossible to get eiderdown wet, as proven by this short clip. #eiderdown #iceland #duckingwarm
