my haircare routine !!! 🫶🏼🤎🦁 i have a live on my IG that’s way more in-depth, but this is a visual for you of my weekly hair mask, and nightly hair routine to get shiny, luscious curls SO: once/twice a week i’ll do the oil mask for my scalp. i only do the hair mask once a week. if i’ve swum in the ocean i’ll use the arbonne truehair conditioner after - no shampoo. i only shampoo after doing the scalp oiling every night: brushing my hair thoroughly, giving myself a 5 min head massage, spraying my scalp with the rosemary water, running the dry oil through my ends then doing the overnight braids every morning: green gut glow with the skin elixir collagen builder because it stimulates my collagen supply = consistently growing long hair i’ve been using these products for 4 years and i cannot recommend them enough ~ the results speak for themselves!! you can find all of these products on my ig, linked in my bio 🤎 the bamboo brush is from Bass, the scalp massager thingy is from my local chemist and it’s unbranded :( but as i said, look for silicone/rubber with blunted tips over pointy plastic ones i hope you enjoy 🫶🏼 i’ll do another once i’m back on the boat and sailing because my routine has changed a little since living on land again drop any q’s below! x
