probably filter housing. cp3 don't go bad often. possibly fuel lines from quick connector at L valve cover to filter. check fuel cooler for leak

the fuel goes through the filter before it goes to the cp3 so if you can pull vacuum at the filter an not the test port it's the filter head

I’d be tempted to throw a fass lift pump on it first. Cp3 doesn’t fail very often. Duramaxs don’t have a lift pump from factory. They rely on the cp3

needs Injectors. cp3 pumps are pretty damn reliable. injectors internally leak back and mimick a bad cp3

Everyone saying CP3s don’t go bad on LB7s, you’re wrong. I work on these all the time and the CP3 does fail under high mileage especially with towing

Put my money on suction fuel line near transmission sucking shut causing a blockage. Can use primer to fill filter but line sucks shut when running.

Use primer pump to prime. Then start it until it runs out of fuel. Check suction fuel line near transmission to see if it’s sucked shut. Replace lines
