If you want a bigger back, you need to build the trapezius, posterior detoid, infraspinatus, teres minor and major, and latissimus dorsi. Here’s a workout plan to help you do exactly that. First is the T-bar row. Ensure your torso is kept at 45 degrees or less. Next is the dumbbell row. Keep your forearms vertically straight to keep the tension on the back.
