@yummy_little_belly: THE EASIEST APPLE PIE CINNAMON ROLLS! Ingredients * 250g (2 us cups) self raising flour * 130g (1/2 us cup) Greek yogurt * 2 apples, peeled and grated * Cinnamon powder * Brown sugar or coconut sugar * FOR THE GLAZE : 2 tablespoons icing sugar (optional- avoid for younger babies) Method 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C/350F. 2. In a medium bowl add self raising flour, yogurt and one grated apple and mix all together to make a dough. (Gradually add more flour if the dough is too sticky, but try not adding to much or the cinnamon rolls will turn out too hard). 3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle (approx 1 centimetre thick). 4. Brush the top with melted butter, then sprinkle with the cinnamon, sugar and one grated apple. 5. Beginning on the top long edge roll the dough towards you with dry floured hands, firmly rolling until you reach the bottom edge. 6. Using a sharp knife slice into 7-8 strips. 7. Transfer them into a buttered baking tray. If desired, make sure each piece is sticking together. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges start to turn golden. 8. Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool. While cooling, prepare the glaze. To make the glaze, mix the powdered sugar with 1-2 tablespoon water, until the desired consistency is reached. 9.
