QUINOA BOWL💛 (recipe below) Quinoa has been one of my favourite things to eat since high school! I highly recommend trying quinoa if you never have before! It tastes good hot and cold!🥰 Quinoa Bowl Ingredients: - 2 cups of quinoa - 1 cup of chickpeas - 1 cup of carrots - 1 red pepper - 1 red onion - 1-2 carrots - Optional: can of tuna Makes: 2 servings ❤️ Hummus Salad dressing ingredients: - 3 tablespoons hummus (homemade, I have a recipe for that as well!:)  - 2 tablespoons of lemon squeezed - 2 tablespoons water (add more water if you want a thinner consistency!) - 1 tablespoon maple syrup - 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard - ground pepper to taste Instructions: 1. First, prepare your chickpeas by soaking them in water the night before. Drain that water and boil them in new water for an hour. Cook them on a pan on low heat for 3-5 minutes with some olive oil and seasonings.  2. Second, slice up the red onion. Prepare your corn. And cook your peppers and carrots on low/medium heat for about 10-15 minutes! (Add whatever seasoning you like, I put garlic, cayenne, paprika, salt and pepper) 3. Thirdly, HOW TO GET YOUR QUINOA FLUFFY AND PERFECT! For 2 cups of quinoa, add 4 cups of water! After the water boils simmer over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Than remove from heat and leave covered for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and fluff up your quinoa with a fork😊 I also like to add olive oil and salt to taste! 🧂 🫒  4. Finally, add all your dressing ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together! 5.
