You need ALFA OBD for 50 bucks. You can program keys on all dodge, ram at that point

the more I got into the video I realize that is what was the issue why can't they just have one keyfab for locks and starting up if they have two

if you would of took the key that turns everything on in turn on to exc and of 5 tines on the 5th time the door will lock reseting the theft mode

They are known for ground cable on driver side firewall not being enough and needing to add one. Causing weird starting issues

Sounds like security lockout to me. 2nd key that wouldn't start it was probably a replacement that was cut but not programmed to security interlock

Great video, if you have an Xtool scanner it will program keys and it’s not very expensive.

the original will start it again after 25 mins if was put in full theft mode after you lock and unlock wait 25 mins then use good key to start it
