I screwed up the last few batters and STILL it’s not quiiiite perfect to the standard of other honeycomb cakes I’ve seen out there …BUT absolutely good enough to share 😜! Nevertheless, y’all are here on this journey with me! ✨The key to a successful cake is to: - Not stir the eggs too much! Use a fork or scissors to break the eggs up - Leave it IN the oven for another 20 minutes with the oven door open (after the initial 40-45 minutes). This will prevent the cake from collapsing.
