There is a app you both can log into. It’s what me and my wife use. You can even add your overtime days on the app calendar.

2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off. Every two weeks you switch between days (6am-6pm) and nights (6pm-am). In the Navy. It was horrible.

Best schedule ever! I'm on my 4th night right now, which means last week was my 7 off. I can't imagine working a "normal" schedule anymore.
