However, he has shown us that he understands what we want which is an indicator through quality practice and repetition we can develop this behaviour into something incredibly reliable. First video you can see Jack (dog) taking complete control which is not fun. The 3 things we did: - Teaching Jack some basic manners at the door ✅ - Use proper equipment to allow for more efficient communication ✅ - Facilitate a low distraction learning environment by walking on the road ✅ These factors allowed us to take the reigns which ultimately leads to a much happier dog, who can actually go for a walk.
