For me it’s that my muscles freeze up and I can’t relax them until they get warm so there’s a literal muscular skeletal pain when I’m cold.

Mine feels like a brain freeze. Even if my wet hair touches my back I'll get that feeling in the back of my head and part of my spine. If my air conditioning touches my head or face, same thing. This is super new to me and devastating. I'm currently under a heated blanket and feeling a little better. Ugh

I hate being too cold, it so painful for my back and spine. it literally feels like my joints are frozen and I'm forcing them to move. it's like I can't breathe. but with heat, I have dermatitis and so it causes me to hyper fixate of my scalp and forehead. and it feels like my scalp is burning. it makes me have the urge to shave off my hair (BALD) just to scratch my scalp. or to put like a soothing cream on it. bc it just makes it so irritated and it's so annoying and overwhelming.

that's how I am too but the part I hate the most it my muscles tighten and the back of my neck hurts. the second I expose any part of my body that is covered I instantly get goosebumps, shivers all through my body
